THERE'S SOMETHING IN THE FOG...

Something like out of a Stephen Spielberg movie. Full of mystery and intrigue. The fog continued rolling in until it reached the roadway where visibility was reduced to at least 50 ft. Thank God not too many cars are on the roadway early in the morning on weekends!

Fog, like rain, carries with it several contaminants such as phosphates and algae which can affect your pool water chemistry. Although the amount of contaminants may not be in large enough quantities to cause any health hazards, once in the pool, they continue to multiply. Pool operators should be aware of these types of weather patterns in order to properly mitigate any fallout from them. Staying alert and responding to changing weather patterns is key to maintaining a well balanced and crystal clear pool.

If we had enough fog as in California, we might be able to make some "vaporized beer" out of it! LOL
